Background:
The National Institute of Textile Training Research and Design (NITTRAD), now known as NITER, is one of Bangladesh’s largest undergraduate textile engineering campuses. The institute offers a range of Bachelor of Science in Engineering degrees. It is a partnership between the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and the Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Govt. of Bangladesh. It is a public-private partnership education and research organization and a constituent institute of the University of Dhaka.
Objective:
To create a custom Student Information System (SIS) for NITER that would allow efficient student data management, streamline administrative tasks, and provide a user-friendly platform for students and staff.
Our Solution:
Beyond Innovations & Technologies developed a custom Student Information System for NITER using PHP, MySQL, and Apache technology stack. The SIS was designed to manage and organize student data, including enrollment, attendance, academic progress, and personal information. It also allowed administrators to efficiently track and manage course scheduling, faculty assignments, and other administrative tasks.
